  • Cordegal (IPA:/kɔɹ.dɪ.ɡɑl/) was a major planet of the Thodera System, and served great importance to the Enorisian Empire during the Second Era. The fourth planet from its sun, Thodera, Cordegal was the only ecumenopolistic-class planet in all of Enorisian space. Just as much as Mazaul was the center of politics for Enoris, Cordegal was the center of trade and commerce. This also extended to the Eckaf Empire during the Schism Wars of the Fourth Era.

During the Schism Wars, Cordegal was also a major political center, being the most important planet in the only neutral, military free zone of explored space. With a population of 23 billion at its height, and both Enoris and the Eckaf Empire holding large amounts of assets, resources, and citizens during these wars, both sides felt it beneficial to keep Cordegal open during this time period. Unfortunately, this demilitarization led to the downfall Cordegal and the infestation of almost every inhabitant of Cordegal at the abrupt end of the Schism Wars when the Dei'ihmorum Xenoconcipium began.

Due to the low amount of water on the surface of the planet, it is naturally hot, and most of the planet is naturally covered in deserts, if not for the vertical city that covers the surface. The planet itself is rich in natural resources, and much of the underbelly of planet consists of mines that are converted into more living and business space when the resources run out. The mines were, at one point, the primary source of income for the planet, and the plentiful resources were the purpose of its mass inhabitation.
